  • 1 10 inch pie crust
  • 6 Ripe tomatoes Pealed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Prepared mustard
  • 2 Large white onions Sliced
  • 1/2 pound(s) Ementhal cheese Shredded
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic
  • Basil


  1. Brush pie crust with mustard
  2. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, drain and pat dry
  3. Sauté onions in butter, spread on bottom of crust and sprinkle with basil
  4. Cover with cheese
  5. Place tomatoes on top
  6. Sprinkle with garlic salt pepper, more basil and some Parmesan
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
