  • 1/3 cup(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup(s) oil
  • 3/4 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 2 whole(s) garlic cloves crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Refrigerate overnight.
