  • 1 cup(s) couscous
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 lemons juiced
  • 1 bunch(es) parsley finely chopped
  • 1 bunch(es) mint finely chopped
  • 2 green onions finely chopped


  1. Cook coucous as directed. Add remaining ingredients. Toss. Add olive oil salt/pepper and toss till mixed well. Refrigerate a few hours.
