  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 2 TBLS hoisen sauce
  • 3 TBLS soy sauce
  • 1/2-1 tsp hot Szechwan stir fry sauce
  • 1-1 1/2 inch ginger minced
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 1 TBLS lemon juice
  • 3 TBLS ketchup
  • 2 TBLS rice wine


  1. 1. Marinate chicken wings (8 house, if possible). Bake at 425 for 20 minutes each side, baste with marinade.
