  • 1 cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1 cup(s) sweet potato pulp
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon


  1. Beat the eggs slightly, and add sugar, salt, spices, and milk. Add butter to sweet potato pulp. Add liquid to sweet potato pulp. Pour into a pastry lined pie plate and bake at 450 for ten minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
