  • chicken breasts
  • eggs
  • cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup(s) ketchup
  • 1/2 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce


  1. Dip chicken breasts in eggs, then in cornstarch. Fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Once Chicken is golden brown place into a non greased glass pan and pour sauce over it. Cook at 350 turning every 15 minutes. Make the sweat and sour sauce by stirring together ketchup, vinegar, garlic powder, sugar and soy sauce.
