Swedish Meatballs

  • Olive oil
  • 1-Lg cup(s) Onions Diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Garlic Minced
  • 2 pound(s) Frozen meatballs
  • 2 pint(s) Sour cream
  • 2-26 oz can(s) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 package(s) Lipton onion soup mix
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 24 cup(s) Minute Rice * Cooked


  1. 1. In a large saute pan, add olive oil to cover bottom of pan
  2. 2. Saute onions & garlic until soft
  3. 3. In a large stock pot combine frozen meatballs with onions & garlic

  4. 4. In a large mixing bowel add cream of muchroom soup, sourcream, Lipton Onion Soup mix
  5. 5. Add salt & pepper to taste
  6. 6. Mix thoroughly
  7. 7. Add gravy mixture to meatballs
  8. 8. Cook on low heat for 1 hr (or until meatballs are hot), stirring occasionally

  9. * You can also substitute egg noodles for Minute Rice
