Stuffed Mushroom Caps

  • 20 big mushrooms
  • 1/2 stick(s) butter
  • 1/3 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup(s) green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed majoram
  • 1/4 cup(s) pistachios, semi chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt


  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop very fine. Melt butter, saute mushroom stems, onions, parsley, pistachios, bred crumbs, majoram and salt for about 5 minutes. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Bake on cookie sheet 5 minutes at 350.
