  • 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Thawed
  • 1/4 cup(s) Italian-style Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Filling
  • 1 cup(s) Pizza Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 cup(s) Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasoning
  • Alternative Filling
  • 6 slice(s) Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place chicken in a plastic bag and pound to flatten to a 3/8-inch thickness.
  3. Transfer chicken onto a plate.
  4. Divide filling ingredients onto center of each breast.
  5. Wrap chicken around filling and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly spray with cooking spray and top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place in a baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Tip: For a delicious twist, wrap stuffed chicken in puff pastry and serve with your favorite sauce.
