  2. cups finely crushed pretzels

  4. cup sugar, divided
  5. 2/3
  6. cup butter or margarine, melted

  8. pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  9. 2
  10. Tbsp. milk
  11. 1
  12. cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  13. 2
  14. cups boiling water
  15. 1
  16. pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  17. 1-1/2
  18. cups cold water
  19. 4
  20. cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  21. Make It
  22. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  23. mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 min. Cool.
  24. BEAT cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Refrigerate.

  25. ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl;
  26. stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.
  27. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.

  28. STIR berries into gelatin; spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

  31. Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, fat-free milk and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

  33. Prepare using 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Gelatin.

  34. Make it Easy
  35. Substitute 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen whole
  36. strawberries, sliced, for the fresh strawberries. Stir into gelatin mix
  37. along with the cold water. Refrigerate 10 to 15 min. or until
  38. thickened; spoon over cream cheese layer. Continue as directed.
