  2. Make a veggie-lovers version of our classic and highly-rated Sausage-Cheese Balls appetizer.

  13. box (9 oz) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain

  14. 1

  15. cup Original Bisquick® mix

  16. 2

  17. cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

  18. 1

  19. egg

  20. 2

  21. teaspoons Italian seasoning

  22. 1

  23. teaspoon garlic salt

  24. 1

  25. cup tomato pasta sauce, if desired

  26. 1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except pasta sauce. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.
  27. 2.Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve with pasta sauce.

  28. Makes 30 cheese balls
