Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip adapted from Paula Dean

  • 1 cup spinach Chopped/ Drained
  • 2 cans whole artichoke hearts Chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • /4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flake
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese grated


  1. Pre heat oven 350
  2. mix all ingredients except Pepper Jack cheese
  3. prepare a caserole dish
  4. scrape bowl into dish
  5. cover with pepper jack cheese
  6. Bake 30 minutes
  7. Serve with bagel chips
