  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Chipotle chili pepper
  • 1 cup(s) Salsa
  • 1 cup(s) Beef broth
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2-2.5 pound(s) Beef shoulder roast


  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker

  2. Cook on low 6-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours

  3. Serve with tortillas and taco/fajita toppings or with cilantro-lime rice
