  • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sriracha hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 head(s) medium cauliflower cut to 1" florets
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced cilantro for garnish (optional)


  1. 1 - heat oven to 400
  2. 2 - line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  3. 3 - in a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; whisk well
  4. 4 - add cauliflower; gently mix to coat with sauce
  5. 5 - spread on sheet pan
  6. 6 - roast for 10 minutes on one side for more crunchy textureor add'l 10 minutes on flip side for softer texture
  7. 7 - garnish with cilantro and serve

  8. good also with added cubed apples
