  • 3.5# ground beef (93%)
  • 2# hot italian sausage
  • 2 med onions (chopped)
  • 10 large jalapenos (minced)
  • 44z dark kidney beans
  • 44z tomato soup
  • 64z whole canned tomatoes (squeezed by hand)
  • 32z ketchup
  • 4t salt
  • 4t chili powder
  • 4t red pepper (cayenne)**
  • 1t black pepper
  • 1t garlic powder
  • **replace 2t of cayenne with mombassa (if avail)


  1. cook and drain meat. mix all other ingreds, bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 2 hrs
