  1. Ingredients
  2. 6 Cans (28 oz) ea Canned whole tomatoes, crushed or chopped
  3. 3 Cloves Garlic
  4. 1 Cup olive oil
  5. 5 Italian sausage links sweet
  6. 6 oz Grated parmesan cheese
  7. 1/4 Cup Salt
  8. 1/8 Cup Pepper
  9. 6 oz Red wine
  10. 1/4 Cup Sugar
  11. 1/2 Cup Fresh basil
  12. 3 Tbsp Oregano

  13. Directions
  14. Brown sausage with garlic
  15. Add rest of ingredients plus 2 (28 oz) cans cold water
  16. Cook for a minimum of 2 hours stirring occasionally
  17. Serve with meatballs
  18. Meatballs. 1 lb hamburger 6 slices bread dipped in milk, squeeze excess milk out 5 eggs Parmesan cheese 3 tbl salt 3 tbl pepper 3. Tbl garlic salt 2 tbl basil 1 tbl oregano 1/3 cup sugar Mix together then bake on cookie sheet at 375 until browned. Turning once. Put some meatballs in last hour of cooking of sauce Makes about 15 meatballs
