  • 1 1/2 pound(s) sweet potatoes peeled, diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lime zest
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter


  1. Bring sweet potatoes and enough water to cover by 1 inch to boil in a large saucepan. Reduce to simmer and cook 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients and mash until smooth. Season with S&P.
