Soft Chicken Tacos

You will want to make these yummy tacos again and again!!

  • 10 flour tortillas heated
  • 1/4 cup(s) onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cajun
  • 1 can(s) corn drained
  • 1 can(s) black beans drained
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 4 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 cup(s) rice cooked


  1. In skillet, quickly cook chicken and onion with butter until chicken is done and onion is tender. Add garlic salt, salt, Cajun, corn, black beans, and red pepper. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 15-20 minutes, or until peppers are tender. Add rice. To serve, place hot mixture on heated tortillas and top with choice of fillings. Roll up burrito style.
