  1. 1/2 cup water
  2. 3 tablespoons vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  8. 1 medium onion , diced or sliced
  9. 1/2 cup ketchup
  10. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  11. 1 -2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  12. 6 pork chops
  13. oil
  14. Directions:
  15. 1Sauce: In pan combine water,vinegar,sugar,mustard,salt, pepper,and red pepper and onion.2**You can add a small amount of lemon juice if desired.3Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.4Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke and return to a boil.5Remove from heat.6Brown the chops on both sides and place in a casserole dish.7Pour the sauce over the chops.8Bake 350 25-30 minutes
