  • 1 1/2 pound(s) Beef blade roast Trimmed
  • 1 cup(s) Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) Celery Chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) Baby carrots
  • 1 cup(s) Leeks Chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) tomatoes Crushed
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic Pressed
  • 1 cup(s) beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper


  1. Place roast in a slow cooker and top with remaining ingredients; blend well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Pull roast apart and serve.
