  • 1/3 cup(s) Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Dijon
  • 2 Anchovy fillets
  • 1 tablespoon(s) EVOO
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Worchestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper, as needed


  1. In blender/food processor add the cheese, lemon juice, garlic clove, mustard and the anchovies - turn machine on, let run for a few seconds - add oil, mayo, Worchestershire sce, yogurt and salt & pepper and let the machine run for another 15 seconds
