  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 (15 oz) can(s) tomato sauce


  1. In large skillet with tight fitting lid, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, and seasoning evenly over pork chops. Pour tomato sauce over all; cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
