  • 1/2 pound(s) shrimp
  • 1 cup(s) zuchini
  • 3 cup(s) vegetable broth
  • 1 whole(s) onion chopped
  • 1 cup(s) broccoli
  • 1 whole(s) sweet red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic
  • 4 ounce(s) whole wheat pasta
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) fresh basil leaves lightly packed
  • 1 ounce(s) parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice


  1. Coat skillet with olive oil place vegetables in skillet and stir fry 3-5 minutes
  2. Add vegetable broth and pasta and allow to simmer until pasta is cooked. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve
