This is the best shrimp burger you have ever tasted created by Chef Big Shake. This Shrimp burger is made with over 18 different ingredients but this version will only show 4

  • 1/4 pound(s) Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Ground Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Pepper
  • 1 pound(s) Gulf Shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt


  1. Take your shrimp and chop until they are broken down but not to fine. In a large mixing bow add your shrimp with all dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Then add you lemon juice and egg white then mix again thoroughly. Refrigerate the product for 2-3 hours until mixture stiffens up. Place about a 1/4 pound of mix into your hand and pound out some patty's. I like them pan seared. Heat skillet at 300 degrees with a slash of olive oil. place patty into pan and let cook for approximately 4 minutes per side then serve.
