- 1/4 pound(s) Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg White
- 1 tablespoon(s) Ground Garlic
- 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Pepper
- 1 pound(s) Gulf Shrimp
- 1 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
- Take your shrimp and chop until they are broken down but not to fine. In a large mixing bow add your shrimp with all dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Then add you lemon juice and egg white then mix again thoroughly. Refrigerate the product for 2-3 hours until mixture stiffens up. Place about a 1/4 pound of mix into your hand and pound out some patty's. I like them pan seared. Heat skillet at 300 degrees with a slash of olive oil. place patty into pan and let cook for approximately 4 minutes per side then serve.
