  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 3 small onions chopped
  • 1 cup(s) potatoes cubed
  • 1 cup(s) carrots cubed
  • 1 cup(s) celery sliced
  • 1 can(s) peas
  • 1 can(s) kidney beans
  • 1 can(s) tomato soup
  • 1 can(s) tomatoes


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add onions and potatoes and cook until potatoes are slightly brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
