  • 8 eggs
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 cube(s) onion
  • 2 cube(s) potatoes
  • 1/2 cup(s) romano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon(s) yogurt per egg


  1. microwave potatoes 2 min per potatoes then cube to brown in olive oil with onion and garlic

  2. mix eggs w/yogurt start scrambling

  3. add pototoes,onions and garlic to eggs w/romano cheese cook till done and sprinkle with parsley
