  • 2 tsp butter
  • 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) package fresh baby spinach


  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic cloves, cook 1 minute. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gradually add spinach, cook 1 minute or until wilted, tossing frequently.
