Sauteed Baby Spinach
- 2 tsp butter
- 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) package fresh baby spinach
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic cloves, cook 1 minute. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gradually add spinach, cook 1 minute or until wilted, tossing frequently.
