  • 1 (8oz)can salmon with out oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) diced celery
  • 1/2 cup(s) red or green pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) dry mustered
  • 1 tablespoon(s) maryoram or parsley
  • 4 cup(s) soft french bread crumes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) diet low fat mayo
  • 11/2 cup(s) non fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) grated permesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon(s) papreka


  1. preheat oven to 375. Spray A 2 quart casserole with spray. In A large bowl, combine onion, salmon,celery,pepper,mustered,parsley,and bread crumbs. Stir mayo into milk,pour over mixture and thorougly combine. Spoon mix into prepared casserole. bake about 35 min.makes 4 servings
