Roasted Potatoes With Thyme and Garlic
- 1 20 oz package potato wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1. Combine all ingredients, except garlic and thyme, on a baking sheet.
- 2. Broil 12 min., stirring after 6 min.
- 3. Stir in garlic. Broil 2 min. or until potatoes are tender.
- 4. Remove from oven; sprinkle with thyme.
