  • 1 roast
  • 5-6 carrots cut
  • 5-6 stalks of celery cut
  • 1 whole(s) large onion cut
  • 5-6 medium potatoes cut
  • 1 package(s) roast beef seasoning packet


  1. Cut up all the veggies into bite sizes or a little larger. Place in the crockpot. Put the roast on top of the veggies. In a separate bowl mix the seasoning packet with water as directed. Pour the seasoning mixture over the veggies and roast. Put the lid on and turn on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
