  • 2 pound(s) fresh keilbasa
  • 1 pound(s) smoked keilbasa
  • 1 med-large cabbage
  • 1 can(s) 16 oz tomatoes
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 4 beef boullion cubes or use beef broth in place of water


  1. simmer fresh kielbasa for 45 min - slice both meats
  2. shred cabbage
  3. add meats and cabbage in layers
  4. add enough water or beef broth to cover
  5. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hrs
