  • 1 English cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic Crushed
  • 1 cup(s) Rice vinegar
  • 3/4 cup(s) Water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Sambal Oleg


  1. Combine cucumber and garlic in a medium bowl. Combine rice vinegar, water, sugar and salt and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Pour hot vinegar mixture over cucumbers. Stir in sambal Olec. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
