  • 2 C Sifted All Purpose Flour
  • 1 t Baking Powder
  • 2 t Cinnamon
  • 2 t Salt
  • 2 C Sugar
  • 1 C Oil
  • 4 t Baking Soda (Dissolved in water)
  • 4 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 C Chopped Pecans
  • 2 t Vanilla


  1. Mix well.
  2. Add 2 C pumpkin to batter.
  3. Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes or until done.

  4. Mix frosting separately and apply after cooled
