  1. makes 24 Cookies

  2. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  6. 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  7. 1/3 cup sugar
  8. 1 egg, beaten
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  10. 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  11. 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  12. 1/2 cup pretzels, broken up
  13. sea salt for sprinkling

  14. 1. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until fluffy (2-3 minutes). On low speed, add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat to combine, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and pretzels. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

  15. 2. Preheat the oven to 350°. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop onto the parchment paper in well rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire cooling rack.
