Pistachio Inside/Outside Cake

This recipe was taken off the side of a Jello Pistachio Pudding box. Makes a great light summer cake.

  • 1 package(s) white cake mix
  • 1 package(s) pistachio pudding mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) club soda
  • 1/2 cup(s) favorite nuts OPTIONAL
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 package(s) Dream Whip
  • 1 package(s) pistachio pudding mix


  1. Cake is best made in a Bundt Cake pan as you can split cake in two or three slices, put icing between then in center of bundt as well.

  2. Prepare cake mix as per outside of cake mix box but with modified ingredients.

  3. While cake is baking, you can prepare the frosting. Mix the ingredients listed in mixing bowl for 5 min then place in fridge.

  4. Once cake is cooled, add frosting and return to fridge to serve cold.
