  • 3 pound(s) Meatballs 1 1/2 inch balls, cooked
  • Sauce
  • 2 can(s) Pineapple Slices
  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce


  1. Combine in saucepan, bring to a boil, let cool for 5 minutes and serve with meatballs.

  2. To make a full meal:
  3. Serve meatballs (and sauce) with rice and vegetables.
