  • 1 can(s) 20 oz. crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 container(s) 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 prepared pie crust


  1. Mix instant lemon pudding (prepared) with pineapple (drained) and most of Cool Whip. Reserve some Cool Whip to trim top of pie. Refrigerate and serve. Pie crust could be a baked crust, graham cracker crust, cookie type crust, et.
