  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 24 Vanilla wafers
  • 3/4 cup(s) Chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • Cool Whip


  1. beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff, adding sugar gradually. fold in nuts, vanilla wafers and vanilla. Bake @ 325 for 25-30 mins.
