Pasta with Vodka Sauce

  • red Pepper Flakes teaspoon(s) One Half Soak for 24 hours
  • Pasta package(s) One Box
  • Butter tablespoon(s) 7
  • Crushed Tomatoes ounce(s) 28
  • Heavy Cream cup(s) 1
  • Salt teaspoon(s) 1
  • Grated cheese cup(s) 1


  1. Cook Pasta Al Dente
  2. Melt butter add peper flakes and vodka. Simmer 2 minutes.Add tomatoes and cream simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 tsp of salt.
  4. Pour cooked pasta into the skillet with vodka sauce and simmer for a few minutes and add grated cheese.
  5. Serve immediately.
