  • 1 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) double acting baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) milk
  • 3 tablespoon(s) salad oil


  1. In large bowl, mix first four ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg slightly; stir in milk and oil; add to flour mixture and stir just until flour is moistened.
  2. Cook on griddle.
