  • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesean cheese


  1. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes

  2. Peel and dice potatoes
  3. Coat with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle parmesean cheese over top
  5. Spread on cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  7. Broil to brown potatoes
