  • 1 cup(s) barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) peach or apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
  • 4 pound(s) broiler-fryer chicken, cut into quarters


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. 2. In medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, peach preserves and thyme.

  3. 3. Place chicken on large bar pan; spoon sauce over chicken.

  4. 4. Bake 1 hour to 1:15 or until pocket thermometer registers 170 degrees F in thickest part of breast or 180 degrees F in thickest part of thigh portion and juices run clear.
