  • 1 3/4 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 6 tablespoon(s) margarine
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 4 cup(s) whipped topping
  • 6 ounce(s) package orange gelatin
  • 1 cup(s) boiling water
  • 1 cup(s) cold water
  • 1 pint(s) orange sherbert
  • 1 can(s) crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 can(s) mandarin oranges drained


  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and margarine. Cover bottom of 13 X 9 cake pan with the graham cracker mixture. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes and let cool. Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Blend in whipped topping. Layer over crust. Chill throroughly. Prepare topping and layer over cream cheese mixture. TOPPING: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water then add cold water. Fold in orange sherbert. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges. Layer over cream cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly.
