No-Bake Energy Bites

I use these for snacks, breakfast and pre-workout nourishment

  • 1 cup(s) Dry oatmeal
  • 1 cup(s) Toasted coconut
  • 1/2 cup(s) Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup(s) Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup(s) Ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup(s) Honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla


  1. Stir all ingredients together in medium bowl - let chill for half hour - roll balls into whatever size you like (my size was about 2.5 T of dough) - store in container for up to 1 week in fridge
