  • 1 Potato per person plus one for the pot peeled
  • stock
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Leeks
  • cream


  1. Saute the leeks in a stock pot. add the potatoes and the stock and cook for a long time, a long time. add the salt and pepper. then at the end when its been sitting for about an hour add the cream and immersion blend.
