  • 2 c rice (quick cooking)
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 8 oz velveeta
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 pkgs frozen broccoli & cauliflower
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup


  1. Cook rice and drain. Cook vegetables, drain. mix all together and place in a 9 X 13 in baking dish. Slice cheese and place on top. Bake in oven 350 for about 30 minutes until cheese melted and mixture heated through.
