  • Pasta


  1. Melt 1/2 sticks (12 T) butter in pan
  2. Add 12 T. flour
  3. Add approx. 3 c. mulk
  4. Add at least 1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
  5. Salt and pepper

  6. May need to think with more milk if too thick

  7. 3 c. macaroni
  8. Put cheese slices on top
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
