  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs
  • dash(es) onion powder
  • dash(es) garlic powder
  • dash(es) salt
  • dash(es) pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) shredded parmesan, heaping


  1. Mix by hand to form golf-ball sized balls
  2. Coat 9x12 baking dish with olive oil
  3. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes
  4. Turn over
  5. Bake at 350 seven minutes longer
  6. Check for doneness
  7. Add to sauce, sub sandwich, or freeze
