  • 2 cup(s) yellow corn meal
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 can(s) Cream corm
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Soda


  1. Mix all the above..
  2. Then , saute 1 lb, ground beef..Drain and add 1 lb cheddar cheese..1 small can Jalapeno Peppers..Cook until cheese melts...Pour one-half of cornbread mix into baking dish.. add the meat mixture. then cover with the remainder of the cornbread mix...

  3. Bake at least one hour at 350
