  • 2 1/2 cup(s) Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 15 1/2 ounce(s) Can black beans Rinsed & drained
  • 3/4 cup(s) Tomato Chopped
  • 3/4 cup(s) Jicama Peeled & chopped
  • 3/4 cup(s) Corn Kernals Frozen or fresh
  • 3/4 cup(s) Radishes Thinly sliced
  • 1 Large avocado Diced
  • 1 Large red pepper Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Feta cheese Crumbled
  • Honey-lime dressing
  • 1/4 cup(s) Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Honey
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove Peeled& minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) JalapexC3xB1o pepper Chopped


  1. Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl. In separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over mixture and toss again. Season salt and pepper to taste.
